Carpenters Wellness Center is designed to become and serve as your medical care home. If you choose to begin or transfer your primary care to a wellness center provider, all other service lines are available to you as well. These services include urgent care, X-ray imaging, chiropractic, medical massage therapy, counseling, wellness, physical therapy, vision, and pharmacy.
