About Our Events

Our St. Louis and Kansas City Health Fairs are returning this fall, and there are few exciting new events we are adding to our calendar in 2024. What’s happening in 2024, you ask?

The health of our participants and their families directly impacts the health of our health plan, and gathering as a Brotherhood and Sisterhood is an important part of being UNION STRONG. By improving the health of our participants, we create a stronger workforce, decrease time off for illness and injury, improve productivity and reduce claims incurred. We hope to see you at one of our events!

Passport to Health

Get STAMPS. Earn PRIZES.

Take a stroll “around the world” to visit all the different service lines, vendors, network partners – medical, physical therapy, chiropractic, audiology, vision, dental and more. Participants and dependents 18 and older will fill their passports with stamps from each area for a chance to win some pretty nice prizes!

In addition to all the fun activities at each of our health fairs, we offer many opportunities for our participants to engage in their health. Any covered individual, 18 years or older, who participates in an onsite health screening or “opportunity” will be entered in a raffle to win from one of our participation prizes. By participating in Carpenters Health Fair Participation Raffle Drawings, each participant agrees to the Terms and Conditions set forth here. Participation Raffle Prizes will be announced this summer.

Campaign participants must be at least 18 years old and covered under Carpenters Health Plan (Active or Medicare Advantage) and must engage in at least one health opportunity during the applicable health fair in which the Covered Individual participates.
