St. Louis Health Fair & Local Picnic

Health fair: 8a – 12p
Picnic: 10a – 4p

Carpenters will be providing a free shuttle service from a nearby parking lot. Please watch for more information, as onsite parking will only be available for attendees requiring handicap assisted parking. There will be no* on-lot parking for the safety of health fair and picnic attendees.

*Siteman mammography van participants may park in the lower lot behind the wellness center in designated areas only.

    • Ages 2 and up
    • Age 65+ vaccine available: Fluzone High-Dose Quadrivalent inactivated flu vaccine
