Members earn coverage based on the classification to which they belong. Typically, Outside Eligibility pertains to most carpenters and electricians under the Carpenters’ Plan. Inside Eligibility refers to millwright coverage. There are exceptions to these general guidelines. Newly covered participants will receive a new member packet from the Benefit Office as soon as they reach their minimum hours of work.
