What age groups are eligible for primary care services?

Anyone age 2 and older and eligible for medical services (non-Medicare) may be seen for primary care services.*

*Patients with Carpenters United Healthcare Medicare Supplement coverage can use the Wellness Center pharmacy and audiology services.
