Did you know that if you are unable to work due to non-work-related sickness or injury, you may be eligible for short-term disability benefits? Carpenters Health Plan provides a short-term disability benefit to help members who are unable to work during periods of temporary disability. If you are active (non-Medicare) and unable to work due to sickness or injury that is not work-related, you are eligible to take advantage of these benefits.
