If you have earned Vacation Benefits in the 2026 Plan Year (hours worked May 1, 2025 – April 30, 2026), you may authorize your benefits as early as 12:01 am on Monday, May 18, with payments scheduled to begin on Monday, June 1.

Participants who earned a 2026 Vacation benefit do not need to authorize your benefit to receive payment. However, you must complete a few required steps before your Vacation funds can be deposited into your preferred bank account.

Action to Take Now
There are two websites you will visit for redemption in 2026. First, access your Member Portal to verify your address and check your hours for accuracy.

1. Log in to your Member Portal.
   Vacation Redemption will be accessible through a link in your Member Portal. If you haven’t created your Member Portal account yet, follow the setup prompts and then log in.
2. Verify your address.
   In the Portal, select the house icon (Demographics). Review your address and phone number. If anything is incorrect, select the pencil icon to update your information.
3. Check your hours.
   From the dashboard, select the truck icon to view your Work History. Choose “VC” from the drop‑down to see your Vacation deductions. If something looks wrong, contact your employer or our office for assistance.
4. Access Vacation Redemption.
   Use the link in your Member Portal to go to carpdc.org. Follow the instructions below for new or returning users to make sure you’re ready for redemption on May 18.
5. Elect Dues Deduction, if desired.
   Complete the Dues Deduction Authorization Form found in your Member Portal by May 7 If you wish to have your dues deducted from your Vacation benefit. Complete the form, then upload the completed form to the Vacation Documents drop-down in the portal’s Document Center.

On or After May 18

1. Starting May 18, log in on carpdc.org to set up your direct deposit.
   Your Vacation benefit does not require authorization, but you must enter your banking information on the secure Vacation Redemption site. You can access it through your Member Portal or directly on carpdc.org, as in past years.
2. If you do not set up direct deposit or request a check by August 3, 2026, a check will automatically be mailed to the address on file on August 7, 2026.

New Users
If you don’t have a carpdc.org account, you must create one to redeem your benefits online. Go to carpdc.org, select Register, and follow the prompts to set up your account. For assistance, watch this video or call our office. Call volume is much higher during the first week of redemption, so wait times will be longer after May 18. We encourage you to reach out early if you need assistance. Once your account is set up, you’re ready to redeem your Vacation Benefits on or after May 18.

Returning Users
If you haven’t logged in since last year’s redemption, it’s a good idea to test your username and password ahead of time. If you’ve forgotten either, click the Menu icon in the top right corner of the carpdc.org home page and select Forgot username/password. For password reset assistance and other assistance with your carpdc.org account, call MACB Participant Services at (314) 644-4802, and select option 9, Monday – Friday, 8 am – 4:30 pm.

You will experience longer hold times beginning May 18 and the days to follow. We appreciate your patience.

Receiving Your Redemption

• Any vacation benefits authorized for direct deposit prior to 12 pm on Friday, May 22, 2026, will be deposited on or around Monday, June 1, 2026.
• Between Friday, May 22, 2026, and Friday, June 7, 2026, any direct deposits will be processed daily. However, please allow 3-5 business days for the deposits to be reflected in the accounts.
• After June 7, 2026, all deposits will be processed weekly. Please allow 7-10 business days for the deposits to be reflected in the accounts.

Participants who do not set up a direct deposit before August 1, 2026, a check will be automatically mailed to your address on file on August 7, 2026.
