Your new healthcare experience is coming soon.
Here at St. Louis-Kansas City Carpenters Regional Health Plan, we are continuing to put your health and wellness first. We’re excited to officially announce our new partnership with Premise Health, who will be providing high-quality healthcare services through your new wellness center, conveniently located at 8965 E. 38th Terr, Kansas City, MO 64129.
Premise will manage and operate Carpenters Wellness Center-Kansas City, which will open December 17, 2024. You will have access to providers who are dedicated to you and your healthcare needs. Rather than rushing you out the door to see another patient, they’ll spend the time to get to know you and support your long-term health. Also, your wellness center will not be open to the public like other community clinics. This leads to a personalized experience, shorter wait times and ultimately, better care.
Active and non-Medicare retired participants and eligible dependents, ages two and up, will have access to:
- Primary care
- Acute and urgent care
- Chiropractic care
- Behavioral health care
- Care management
- Lab Services
- Annual physiclas
- Lab services
- Allergy & flu shots
- Pediatric care (ages 2+)
- And more
When the center opens, you’ll be able to schedule in-person and virtual appointments with the available providers through your patient portal, My Premise Health. Be on the lookout for more information in the coming weeks.

The Board of Trustees has selected Premise Health to operate Carpenters Wellness Center in Kansas City. Targeted to open in December 2024, plans are moving along on schedule.
Carpenters Wellness Center in Kansas City will initially offer medical, chiropractic, mental health care, and a limited pharmacy.
Wellness Center Tours during the Kansas City Health Fair
Attend the Kansas City Health Fair on September 21, 2024, to walk a guided tour of your state-of-the-art wellness center! Tours will be held from 8 am – 11 am. No appointment necessary.
