Our Benefit offices and Carpenters Wellness Centers in St. Louis and Kansas City will be closed in observation of the Labor Day holiday.
Coverage beginning October 1, 2025, is due September 1; however, payments are accepted for 30 days, or until September 30, 2025. Make a payment in the portal or call the office during office hours to make an ACH payment. All credit card payments must be made through the portal.
