Best of all, once you’ve completed your assessment, you’ll get a personal health report, including information about potential health risks along with resources and support that can help. Also, when you complete your myCigna.com online health assessment, you’ll be automatically entered to win one of five exciting prizes including a laptop, an iPad, a pair of mountain bikes and more.
First things first
Before taking your health assessment, have this information handy:
- Height, weight and waist size
- Blood pressure
- Cholesterol numbers
If you don’t have all the information necessary, you can check with your doctor and make updates within 30 days without having to retake the assessment.
Members who complete the health assessment between January 1, 2021 and August 31, 2021, will be entered into a random drawing to win one of these five prizes from the St. Louis – Kansas City Carpenters Regional Council:
