The Great American Smokeout is on Thursday, November 21, 2024.

Carpenters Wellness Center in St. Louis, in collaboration with Carpenters Health Plan, wants to challenge to our participants and dependents ages 18 and older to QUIT FOR A DAY (or longer)!

The challenge:
If you are a “smoker,” quit smoking cigarettes, cigars, or pipes, vaping, and using smokeless tobacco – just for a day* – on November 21. Let us know you accepted our challenge by completing this form!

Then, we will contact you on Friday, November 22, to see if you accepted your own personal quit challenge. You can let us know how well you did!

Participants who QUIT FOR A DAY* on November 21 will be entered in a raffle to win a “cold turkey” for going “cold turkey”! **

*Participants who have signed up to quit tobacco through our new tobacco cessation provider, Pelago, by November 21 will receive a double entry in our raffle – just let us know you signed up for Pelago on the challenge entry form!

**The winner must be able to pick up the turkey from Carpenters Wellness Center in St. Louis before the wellness center closes on Tuesday, 11/26/24.
