If you have earned Vacation Benefits in the 2026 Plan Year (hours worked May 1, 2025 – April 30, 2026), you may authorize your benefits as early as 12:01 am on Monday, May 18, with payments scheduled to begin on Monday, June 1.

If you earned any Vacation benefits in the 2026 Plan Year, you’ll need to visit carpdc.org to set up your secure payment. Don’t forget to:

Check your hours. Does your Vacation statement match the number of hours you worked in the 2026 Plan Year?

  • If yes, then set up your direct deposit information on carpdc.org. Check out the table below for dates on when you’ll receive your payment.
  • If no, please refer to “What to do if all your hours aren’t showing up…” below.

What to do if all your hours aren’t showing up on your Vacation statement
In the new Estamps system, hours may take a few days to show up on carpdc. So, if you’re employer purchased Vacation benefits for you on May 15, 2026, they may not appear on your statement yet. You have two options.

  1. Option 1: Receive one full payment. Wait a few days to log back in to carpdc.org. If recently reported, your hours should show up within a couple days. If you redeem your benefits prior to Friday, 5/22, you will receive your deposit on or around 6/1. Refer to the table below for more information on redemption and deposits.
  2. Option 2: Receive multiple payments. Set up your direct deposit for the hours that are reported NOW, then come back to the site later to check to see if your missing hours have been reported. Once they are reported, you will need to set up your direct deposit for the additional hours to be paid to you. You will receive another deposit for the additional hours.

Receiving Your Redemption(s)

If you redeem your benefits…You will receive your direct deposit on/around…
by Friday, 5/22, before 12 pmMonday, 6/1
by Friday, 5/29, before 12 pmTuesday, 6/2
after Friday, 5/29 at 12 pm
but before Friday 6/5, 12 pm		within 3-5 business days (processed daily)
after Friday, 6/5 at 12 pmMondays (processed weekly) until 8/3, 12 pm
  • Any vacation benefits authorized for direct deposit prior to 12 pm on Friday, May 22, 2026, will be deposited on or around Monday, June 1, 2026.
  • Between Friday, May 22, 2026, and Friday, June 5, 2026, any direct deposits will be processed daily. However, please allow 3-5 business days for the deposits to be reflected in the accounts.
  • Beginning June 8, 2026, all deposits will be processed weekly. Please allow 7-10 business days for the deposits to be reflected in the accounts.
