If you have earned Vacation Benefits in the 2025 Plan Year (hours worked May 1, 2024 – April 30, 2025), you are eligible to authorize your benefits as early as 12:01 am on Monday, May 19, with payments scheduled to begin on Monday, June 2.
New in 2025
This year, participants who have earned a Vacation benefit in the 2025 Plan Year will not need to authorize their 2025 Vacation benefits to receive their Vacation payment. However, there are a few steps necessary before your Vacation money may be deposited into the bank account you designate.
Take Action Before Redemption Begins:
There are two websites you will visit for redemption in 2025. First, access your Member Portal to verify your address to check your hours for accuracy.
- Log in to your Member Portal.
Vacation Redemption will be accessible through a link in your Member Portal in 2025. If you have not yet set up your Member Portal account, follow the prompts to set up your account. Then, log in.
- Verify your address.
Once logged in to your secure Member Portal, verify your address by selecting the “house” icon for Demographics. Then, find your name, and review your address and phone number. If your information is correct, great! However, if your demographics are NOT correct, select the “pencil” to edit your address and/or phone.
- Check your hours.
From your Member Portal dashboard, select the “truck” to review your reported Work History. Select “VC” from the drop-down menu to review your Vacation deductions. If you see a discrepancy, contact your employer or our office for assistance.
- Follow the link in your Member Portal to visit the Vacation Redemption website: carpdc.org. Follow the instructions below for new or returning users to make sure you’re ready for redemption on May 19.
On or After May 19:
- On May 19 or after, log in to set up your direct deposit on carpdc.org.
Your Vacation benefit will not require authorization in 2025; however, to receive a direct deposit, you must set up your banking information on our secure website. There is a link to Vacation Redemption in your Member Portal, but you may also access Vacation Redemption through our redemption site, carpdc.org, as you have in past years.
- NEW: No direct deposit or request for check prior to August 1, 2025?
Participants who do not set up a direct deposit or request a physical check before August 1, 2025, will automatically be mailed a check to your address on file on August 4, 2025. There is a $25 fee for all physical checks mailed.

New Users
If you don’t have a personal carpdc.org account, you will need to create one in order to redeem your benefits online. To register, go to carpdc.org then select Register. Follow the prompts to set up your new account. Should you have trouble setting up your account and need assistance, please watch this video for more information. Please note call volume increases substantially during the first week of redemption, and there could be a longer wait time after May 19. Once your account has been set up, you are ready to redeem your Vacation Benefits (on or after May 19).
Returning Users
If you haven’t logged in since last vacation redemption, it’s good to test your login and password prior to this year’s redemption. If you’ve forgotten your username or password, please click on the Menu icon in the top right corner of the carpdc.org home page, then select Forgot username/password. For password reset assistance and other assistance with your carpdc.org account, call MACRBS Participant Services at (314) 644-4802, and select option 9, Monday – Friday, 8 am – 4:30 pm.
Please expect longer hold times beginning May 19 and the days to follow. We appreciate your patience.
Receiving Your Redemption
- Any vacation benefits authorized for direct deposit before Friday, May 30, 2025, will be deposited on or around Monday, June 2, 2025.
- Between Friday, May 30, 2025, and Friday, June 6, 2025, any direct deposits will be processed daily. However, please allow 3-5 business days for the deposits to be reflected in the accounts.
- After June 6, 2025, all deposits will be processed weekly. Please allow 7-10 business days for the deposits to be reflected in the accounts.
- All checks will incur a $25 fee.
After May 19, go here to redeem your 2025 Vacation benefits.
Important Reminder, New in 2025
Participants who do not set up a direct deposit before August 1, 2025, a check will be automatically mailed to your address on file on August 4, 2025. There will be a $25 fee deducted from your Vacation benefit for processing your check.
