The issue with our third-party vendor has been resolved.

We have verified that the funds have been received by our bank and that all pension payments should be made to each pension recipient’s accounts today.

We are aware of the issue affecting today’s pension direct deposit payments.

A software upgrade by our third-party vendor disrupted the ACH file we sent to our bank. Staff is actively working with our third-party vendor to resolve the issue. All updates will be posted here as they are available.
