    Our Benefit offices in St. Louis and Kansas City will be closing at noon in observation of Memorial Day.

    • Minimum Difference payments due

    Coverage beginning July 1, 2025, is due June 1; however, payments are accepted for 30 days, or until June 30, 2025. Make a payment in the portal or call the office during office hours to make an ACH payment. All credit card payments must be made through the portal.
