Our St. Louis and Kansas City Benefit offices and Carpenters Wellness Center in St. Louis will be closed in observation of the Thanksgiving holiday.

Eligible participants: Your full quarterly payment is due one month prior to the Benefit Quarter in which you need coverage. Coverage for January - March 2025, is due December 1; however, payments are accepted for 31-days, or until December 31, 2025.
