Eligible participants: Your full quarterly payment is due one month prior to the Benefit Quarter in which you need coverage. Coverage for October - December 2024, is due October 1; however, payments are accepted for 30-days, or until September 30, 2024.
Our St. Louis and Kansas City Benefit offices and Carpenters Wellness Center in St. Louis will be closed in observation of the Labor Day holiday.
