Eligible participants: Your full quarterly payment is due one month prior to the Benefit Quarter in which you need coverage. Coverage for October - December 2024, is due October 1; however, payments are accepted for 30-days, or until September 30, 2024.
Minimum and Difference payments due 1/1/2025
Eligible participants: Your full quarterly payment is due one month prior to the Benefit Quarter in which you need coverage. Coverage for January - March 2025, is due December 1; however, payments are accepted for 31-days, or until December 31, 2024.
Coverage beginning April 1, 2025, is due March 1; however, payments are accepted for 31 days, or until March 31, 2025. Make a payment in the portal or call the office during office hours to make an ACH payment. All credit card payments must be made through the portal.
