NEW patients who schedule and complete three (3) behavioral health appointments between April 1 and June 30 will be entered for a chance to win a pair of Bose noise canceling headphones.
Behavioral health services at Carpenters Wellness Center are FREE with no appointment limits.

You and any eligible dependents ages 18 and older can meet with a licensed clinical therapist either virtually or in person. Available services include individual, couples, and family therapy. Licensed therapists may help with:
- Depression
- Substance abuse
- Family conflict
- Sleep issues
- Stress management
- Anxiety
- PTSD
- ADHD
- Grief
Promotion Details
All three (3) appointments must be attended between April 1 and June 30, 2026.
Must be 18 or older to be entered to win.
Member must be in good standing with the union.
Winner must be able to pick up prize in July.
Medicare patients are not eligible due to restrictions under federal law.
