Matthew Cauble, MA, LPC

Matthew Cauble, LPC, serves as the Behavioral Health Care Manager for Carpenters Wellness Center in St. Louis, providing counseling and case management services to health plan participants. Matthew has a passion for working with families and promoting behavioral healthcare. He uses a judgment free approach to create a safe space for his clients, allowing them to be met where they are and achieve the best possible outcomes.

• Matthew began his journey toward a career in healthcare in 2015 working for a St Louis based hospital system as a Public Safety Officer. While working in the psychiatric unit, he discovered his talent for helping those with mental health concerns enjoy their lives by providing a safe space for them to discuss their concerns.
• He served as a Disease Management Case Manager from 2017 until 2020, working in the community to reduce prolonged hospital stays for patients by connecting those with chronic illness and mental health concerns to appropriate services.
• Matthew attended Lindenwood University in St Charles, MO and achieved a master’s degree in counseling, with honors, in 2019. He began providing counseling services at a non-profit agency in January 2020.
