Eligible participants: Your full quarterly payment is due one month prior to the Benefit Quarter in which you need coverage. Coverage for July – September 2026, is due June 1; however, payments are accepted for 30 days, or until June 30, 2026. All payments must be made through the Member Portal.
Payments accepted: Credit card*, ACH**, and Check
*Credit card payments are ONLY accepted through the Member Portal.
**ACH payments may be made using the Member Portal; however, ACH may still be taken over the phone by fund office staff during office hours.

Only ONE “One Time Exception” late payment is permitted. Participants must complete the appropriate paperwork for consideration.
Minimum and Difference payment calculations & self-payments
All payments are based on 330 credit hours. The number of credit hours you worked in the Contribution Quarter will be subtracted from 330 hours. This total will be multiplied by the current Journeyman health plan contribution rate specified in the labor agreement. The result is the payment amount due. If you work no hours, you pay for the full 330 hours. You can view your hours worked and/or make a payment to extend your health coverage by logging into the new Member Portal.
