Arica Davis-Clark, PMO

Arica studied Pre-law at Texas Southern University in Houston TX, and began her professional career in Juvenile Justice, while working as a CASA worker for the 2^nd Judicial District in her hometown Jonesboro, Arkansas.

After moving to St. Louis in 2016 she launched the skincare line Ari-ganics  and was selected to join the incubator program Makers Mark along with 6 other business owners. Following Makers Mark, Arica was selected as a grant recipient of the BALSA program, she was featured with a spread in Ladue magazine, served as a panelist for Urban League Young Professionals national join week, partnered with the decor brand West Elm to launch a collection of  eco-luxe candles and went on to become a member of the Meta/Facebook business leaders program in which she was selected to meet with the nations congressional leaders at the Capitol to speak as a representative of small business owners.

During this exciting time of entrepreneurship Arica also began a career in Dental Practice Management which allowed her to cultivate her passion for helping people become the best version of themselves. Arica married her husband Nick in 2021 and had the post pandemic wedding of her dreams. She enjoys traveling, cooking, hosting friends and family and visiting local Art museums in her free time. Dentistry has changed so much over the years, and it is moving in the best direction forward. The journey has been insightful and rewarding!
