DESCRIPTION:Diagnostic Imaging Centers (DIC-KC) Mammography van is coming to the Kansas City Carpenters Wellness Center/Training School parking lot to serve our participants and spouses who qualify. \n\nWhen scheduling your mammogram\, tell the scheduler that the appointment is on the mobile coach for the date listed above.\nWomen 35-39 years of age are eligible for a screening baseline mammogram. They should check with their insurance provider prior to the screening for plan eligibility and coverage.\nWomen 40 years or older do not need an order.\nYour most recent screening mammogram should be 12 months or more prior to the current mammogram for insurance coverage reasons. Please check with your insurance provider for coverage if you are earlier than 12 months.\n You will also need a photo id\, your insurance card\, and the name of your primary care physician.\n\nCall DIC-KC to schedule your appointment at 913.344.9989

DESCRIPTION:Siteman Mammography van will be in the Carpenters Wellness Center lower lot during our St. Louis Health Fair. \nThe Siteman Cancer Center at Barnes-Jewish Hospital and Washington University School of Medicine is offering mammograms to women age 40 and over. Mammograms are available at no cost to women covered under the health plan who qualify.
